Gives members an allowance each quarter that allows you to purchase commonly used healthy items such as vitamins, band-aids, toothpaste, and aspirin.
How much money?
Up to $400 reward dollars per year.
$50–$170 per quarter
(Up to $200–$680 per year)
The amount varies by plan.
Are there any time limits to use the funds?
No quarterly restrictions
Must use within allocated quarter
(Jan.-March, April-June, July-Sept., Oct.-Dec.)
When are the funds loaded onto the card?
Earned reward dollars are loaded after completion of the reward requirement. (Load time may vary based on verification of reward completion.)
OTC dollars will be loaded onto the Flex Card at the beginning of each quarter.
Is there a limit on what I can use the card on?
No, you can use Reward dollars on most items (grocery, transportation, etc.) except alcohol, tobacco and firearms.†
Yes, you must purchase OTC items from an approved list.
What if I spend more than what is on the card?
If you exceed your Rewards dollars on the card, you will be responsible for overage.
If you go over your quarterly amount and have Rewards dollars on the card, the overage will be covered by your Rewards dollars. If you do not have the Reward dollars, you will be responsible for the overage.
