Four Secure Ways to Submit Claims
Clover has partnered with Smart Data Solutions (SDS) to develop sustainable workarounds for receiving electronic claims. To accommodate numerous scenarios and offer flexible options, we have developed four ways to submit claims:
1. Submit batch claims using your current clearinghouse (that is not Change Healthcare) directly to Clover:
SDS can accept claims from any clearinghouse, and they currently have agreements with the following companies:
- eSolutions, Claim.MD, Experian, Office Ally, Availity, Quadax, SSI/Claimsnet, Waystar, Ability, AllScripts, Finthrive, Athena Health, and Trizetto If your clearinghouse is noted above, claims can be submitted directly to your clearinghouse using Clover’s current payer ID: 13285.
If your clearinghouse is not noted above, please check with them to see if they have an arrangement with SDS.
2. Submit batch EDI claims or single entry claims directly to Clover without using a clearinghouse (this is the best option if your primary clearinghouse is Change Healthcare):
SDS Provider Portal: To access the portal, a login is required. To create a login, please email stream.support@sdata.us and copy/paste the following into the email.
- First Name:
- Last Name:
- Email:
- Phone:
- Organization Name:
- Organization NPI:
- Organization Tax ID:
- Payer:
3. Clover Health Submit claims via your EHR/HIS or PMS system directly to Clover:
Through your EHR/HIS/PMS, you are most likely connected to a clearinghouse. If your vendor requires connectivity to SDS, your IT department or your vendor can obtain access at https://info.sdata.us/contact-us-claims.
4. As a last resort, submit paper claims to Clover:
