Where are Clover Health Medicare Advantage plans available in Pennsylvania?

Can I see a provider who is not in the Clover Network?

Unlike with other Medicare Advantage plans with narrow networks, Clover Health’s provider networks are broad and open, enabling its members to see any doctor participating in Medicare who is willing to accept them. Clover Health also focuses on keeping out-of-pocket costs for its members to an absolute minimum and allows members to pay the same low cost-sharing regardless of whether the doctor is in- or out-of-network.

Are Clover's in-network providers in New Jersey also in-network for my plan?

Yes! Our network is seamless across the Pennsylvania/New Jersey state line.

How can I reduce my Part D prescription drug costs?

Depending on your circumstances, you may be eligible for state and federal programs to reduce your Part D costs. Check with Medicare to see if you qualify for the Low-Income Subsidy (LIS). You may also qualify for Pennslyvania’s Prescription Assistance Program PACE).

Can Clover plans work with the Low-Income Subsidy or Medicaid?

Yes. You can use your LIS with any of our plans, but our Pennsylvania Choice Value PPO plan is designed to coordinate with the benefits you're entitled to with LIS.
