You could also be eligible for home visits from qualified nurses. These doctors and nurses, along with our member services team, will help you create a personalized plan to meet your health goals.
Have you been feeling under the weather? Teladoc doctors can help you with any non-emergency health needs. They may be able to diagnose common health issues like a cold or flu, pink eye, a sinus problem, or a respiratory infection. These doctors may also recommend therapy, and even write some prescriptions. With your permission, they’ll share the results of the visit with your primary doctor.
If you want to talk to a health professional but don’t want to make an appointment and wait in an office, you can speak to a Teladoc board-certified doctor from the comfort of your home. Clover Health members have 24/7 access to this telehealth service. You can call for an at-home virtual medical consultation at any time. Best of all, you can use this service at no extra cost.

In-Home Care Visits
Another great service that's available to Clover Health members is in-home care visits. You can call our Clover Health member services team to schedule a visit. We work with in-home care nurses who will come to you. During in-home care visits, you can discuss your health needs and learn more about treatment options that are available to you. Our nurses can also perform checkups and perform routine tests. This may include taking your temperature or monitoring your blood pressure. Regular checkups are part of a great preventative care plan and can help you notice health changes sooner rather than later.
